Golf Puerto Cancun is the newest and most architecturally considered course in the Cancun market — a Tom Weiskopf design built into the Puerto Cancun marina development on Nichupté Lagoon. The layout threads between the waterfront residences and marina infrastructure with surprising elegance.

Weiskopf's design makes the most of the lagoon and water features, with multiple holes requiring carries over water and strategic decisions on angle of approach. The course feels distinctly different from the resort tracks in the hotel zone — more urban, more precise, and more demanding off the tee.

With a 9.5 rating on Golfscape (albeit from a small review sample), early reception has been exceptional. A strong choice for golfers looking for something beyond the standard Cancun resort experience.
